About Jennifer
Jennifer Morgan is a Professional Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, trained and certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with The Coaches Training Institute in 2005.
Jennifer’s coaching practice under the umbrella of her company, Trilogy Communications, focuses on communications in personal and business relationships. Jennifer is passionate about guiding people’s learning to create powerful and effective results in their relationships. In addition to coaching couples, partners and teams, Jennifer has co-designed and delivered relationship presentations and retreats in the Toronto area with coaching partners and colleagues, Jennifer Britton and Sharon Miller.
With her coaching partner, Patricia Hicks, Jennifer co-founded Pathways to Change, a partnership that designs and delivers leading-edge Coaching Skills, Personality Styles and Organizational Relationship workshops in the corporate arena. Because of Jennifer’s and Pat’s extensive experience in the legal field, these workshops have evolved to be directed mainly to various legal communities in Canada and the U.S.
Jennifer’s additional education includes the graduate studies program, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, which she completed in 2007. This training, developed by The Center for Right Relationship, allowed Jennifer to enhance her skills and tools to more effectively coach relationships of all kinds.
Jennifer is a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation and its Toronto chapter.
